Shipping Information

Order processing: Ready-made pieces are processed within 1 business day. Made-to-order pieces are processed within 2–3 business days. Complex designs may take longer and customer will be informed at the time custom order is requested. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Ready-made orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day begin processing that day. Orders placed at or after 1 p.m. Eastern Time begin processing the next business day. This cutoff does not guarantee same-day dispatch or delivery. Tracking information is sent when an order ships.

We normally ship with USPS. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Carrier transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping options: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express. Shipping charges are based on shipment weight and displayed at checkout. Any order totaling $100 or more qualifies for free shipping. A faster shipping service does not shorten the processing time above.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns due to a change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selected at checkout. If ETG provides a return shipping label, its cost will be disclosed before the return is submitted and deducted from your refund.
